Community Outreach Director

Michael McDonough is a dedicated individual on a journey within the cybersecurity field. Michael has made strides in his tech career, having successfully completed an intensive 9-month course at the University of Central Florida. His commitment to safeguarding digital assets is further demonstrated by the recent acquisition of the CompTIA Security+ certification. Currently, Michael is pursuing an A.S. in Cybersecurity Operations at Hillsborough Community College. He is a driven student and serves as SGA Representative for the Hillsborough Community College CyberHawks, where he can apply his leadership and teamwork skills. Michael’s passion lies in ensuring the security of digital landscapes. Outside the cyber realm, Michael enjoys working on cars, gaming and going to the beach. He also enjoys networking at tech events, connecting with like-minded individuals and staying informed about the ever-evolving tech landscape.
