Chief Operating Officer

Lissette is currently an IT infrastructure analyst at PSCU and is a founding member of Tampa Bay Techies as Chief Operating Officer/Chief Cheerleader. As the Chief Cheerleader, Lissette helps to provide mentorship and guidance to the founder and members of the group, as well as help create a supportive environment that encourages collaboration, productivity, and innovation in the Tech community. With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a wealth of experience in Infrastructure, she is delighted to leverage both areas of expertise in her role as a member of the leadership team for Tampa Bay Techies and as Vice President of HYPE Tampa Bay. In this capacity, she is responsible for ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, while also developing and executing strategies to promote growth and expansion. Lissette is a compassionate and empathetic leader who has a strong desire to inspire and empower others to achieve their goals. When she is not at a Tampa Bay Techie event, you can find her attending various networking groups, working out at Crunch, or hanging out with her senior pup Sully at Pups Pub.
